Option 1 - Dialing Direct from Overseas

• The number to dial direct to our service is located on your conferencing Quick Start Guide, where it’s labeled “International Toll Access Number.”
• Caller will hear “Welcome to RollCall…” and will be prompted for the Conference Pin Code.
• The caller will assume the international charge for the phone call. The RollCall customer will pay their regular conference per minute rate

Option 2 - Dialing Toll-Free from Overseas

Dial International Toll Free Number from Access List below.

• At the initial prompt (“Welcome to Global Calling Card, please enter your Authorization Code”) the caller will enter the Meet Me Conference Access toll-free number found in your Quick Start Guide. Ex: 866-123-4567 followed by the pound (#) sign.
• After a brief delay, caller will hear “Welcome to RollCall…” and will be prompted for the Conference Pin Code.
• Enter either the Moderator or Participant Pin Code as directed by your conference instructions.

Note: Calls from certain payphones and hotels may be blocked by the local provider.
Charges for international calls will be added to the moderator's summary of charges.

Option 3 - Operator Dial-Out

Our operators can connect international callers to our service, with no additional fee for the connection. The cost of the phone call will be added to the moderator's summary of charges.

• Access the operator by pressing star zero (*0) after entering conference.
• Provide the participant’s name and phone number.

This service is available during regular customer support hours:

Monday – Friday: 7 am to 11 pm ET

Saturday: 8:30am – 5pm ET
