Moderator Commands

Operator Help
Press star zero (*0) to get help for technical issues, such as static, echo, etc.

Mute/Un-mute ALL Participants (M)
Mute ALL: Star 5 (*5)
Un-mute ALL: *5 again
This is useful for larger calls and reduces unnecessary noise*.

Mute Self
Mute: Star 6 (*6)
Un-mute: *6 again

Conference Lock (M)
Lock: Star 7 (*7)
Unlock: *7 again
New callers attempting to join a locked conference will be forwarded to our operators for assistance.

Sub Conference
Enter: Star 93 (*93)
Exit or force all subconferencees to exit back to main conference: *93 again

Dial in a new participant (M)

• Star 1 (*1) - You will be prompted to dial the participant’s phone number followed by the pound key. Do not dial 1 before the area code; however, you must dial all 10 digits of the phone number. When the new participant answers the phone they join you in a sub conference.
• Star 2 (*2) to place you and the participant in the main conference
• Star 3 (*3) to disconnect the person you dialed and go back into conference

Hear the RollCall (M)
Star 8 (*8) to hear how many participants are on the call and their names.

Record the Conference (M)
Star 2 (*2) for recording prompts.

Enter a Conference Billing Code (M)
Star 91 (*91) to enter up to 23 digits followed by the # sign.

End Call (M)
Press ## to end conference and disconnect all participants.
